It once used to be but I'm not sure now, it's 4 years after British Dragon got busted...

Yes, anabolic steroids are legal in Thailand. They are also widely available in Pharmacies although the quality tends to lag behind Western standards. I doubt anyone would officially permit imports of Thai drugs to US, even the legal ones...

Unless you are an international steroid dealer, you can feast on gear in this country. Especially Pattaya is still a real paradise for bodybuilders. BD was a special case, they were foreigners (Britons) and somehow symbolized the market, local companies are careful not to overstep the red line and not to provoke too much.
