Basically, anabolic steroids that are only mildly androgenic are safer - you don't have all the annoying androgenic side-effects like alopecia and acne. Oxandrolone is a very mild and safe steroid. Boldenone is also quite harmless. On the other side of this spectrum are Oxymetholone and Halotestin.
