I'm not sure what the law is but you should have no problems unless you participate in international steroid trade (remember Ret). A lot of the stuff is fake, though...

Yeah, Ret...it took them quite a few years to get him and he was not cautious at all as it seems. I think he's been arrested for selling in US, not for his local dealings, right?

Correct, but he was apparently not selling in Russia so they had no reason to go after him before there was an international warrant or some sort of cooperation with US authorities.
